Integrated approach to the planning and management of land resources Authors: Komov Nikolai Vasilevich Array Cheshev Anatoly Stepanovich Array Annotation Land resources of the Russian Federation are its greatest wealth. That is why the organization of the sustainable and effective land use is estimated as one of the critical components for the national socio-economic development. In market conditions, an essential tool for the sustainable land use is the planning process of the resource allocation to new economic entities, according to types and forms of land ownership, which has created the foundations for the new land and property management. Land-use planning throughout the country, at a regional level, in municipalities and directly by each land-user is an important area of its full, proper and efficient use, that ultimately has a significant impact on the level of socio-economic development of both an economic entity and every citizen operating with the land. In the land-use planning process, the inclusive nature of it is another significant feature, which was sufficiently reflected in the proposed article.
