Economic and financial support for innovative processes in the Russian Federation cattle breeding in the conditions of "new normality" Authors: Kavardakov, Valeriy Y., Array Semenenko, Irina A., Array Annotation The «new normality» is a current state of world and regional economies after financial crisis of 2008, characterized in the agrarian economy sector of the Russian Federation by decrease in traditional state policy efficiency, deterioration in internal and external operating conditions of agrarian production, demanding use of new management instruments, the rules and approaches promoting creation of necessary resources for transition to new model of social and economic growth and to higher technological ways in branches of agriculture. The economic and financial activation mechanism of innovative processes which developed in the conditions of «new normality» in livestock production does not provide necessary rates of their introduction in production. In this regard the system of economic and financial security of innovative processes in livestock production allows revealing additional financial sources for activation of its innovative and technological development is drafted.
