Implementation of the Artificial Intelligence Technologies in the Agribusiness: State of the Art and Prospects

The specific features of implementing the artificial intelligence technologies in the work of the agri-business enterprises are studied. The main directions for using such technologies are distinguished, the successful practices of implementing thereof in the work of the national enterprises are noted, and the trends for supporting the above mentioned processes are analysed. The importance of the state support aimed at enhancing accessibility of the AI-based technologies for the agribusiness sector is substantiated

Annotation

The comparative analysis of approaches used in different countries of the world for implementation of the import substitution policy is carried out. The attention is focused mainly on comparing the specific features of the Latin American, East Asian and mixed models of import substitution. With regard to the Russian experience of transfer to such a policy, which has, to a greater extent, a coercive nature, the need to direct it towards the innovative development has been stated.

Credibility of Information in the Unified State Register of Real Property. Specifics of Correcting the Data by Implementing the System of Integrated Cadastral Works

Annotation

The problem of incomplete information presented in the Unified State Register of Real Property (USRRP) and issues referring to the registry errors in the information entered in the Unified State Register of Real Property, the procedure for correcting thereof, the need of implementing the new methods of forming and correcting the information in the Unified State Register of Real Property are being investigated. Alongside, the initiative to optimise the state services provision in the frame of the “National Spatial Data System” programme, which is aimed at future integration of the infor-mation about the real estate objects, property rights for them, cadastral valuation and other features, is analysed. The aims for implementation of such a system have been sorted out, namely, the for-mation and implementation of the digital geospatial maintenance, ensuring the completeness and credibility of information in the USRRP, enhancing quality of the state and other services provided by the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr).

The Geosystem Paradigm of Regional Socio-Ecological and Economic Development

Annotation

The expediency of using a geosystem approach to the analysis of processes taking place in the frame of the regional socio-economic systems is substantiated. The key features and properties of geosys-tems are highlighted, and the main contradictions of such systems at the regional level are identified. Based on the results of the conducted analysis, it is stated that the geosystem paradigm of regional development ensures formation of quite a holistic perspective thereof by taking into account the in-terrelation of the natural, economic and social processes and phenomena, in the context of their de-pendence to the specific features of a certain territorial space where they get manifested.

Integrated Use of the Ravine-Gully Systems as a Tool of Water Erosion Processes Counteracting

Annotation

The article studies the topical problems in counteracting the processes of agricultural land degradation in the Rostov region. It emphasizes the importance of the integrated ameliorative arrangement of the ravine-gully systems aimed at mitigating the consequences of the water erosion, and describes the practical experience of implementing such measures. It is substantiated that it is the integrated ap-proach that enables protection of the soils, most susceptible to erosion processes, increases soil-fer-tility and, on the whole, ensures more sustainable use of land resources.

Annotation

The issues of the territorial planning legal regulation and territorial entities’ land resource po-tential application are studied, as well as the law enforcement practices of development and validation of the territorial planning documents as a single legal and technical framework for deployment of the capital construction facilities and establishment of the appropriate legal land use regimes. Moreover, the problems of the territorial planning documents’ quality and possible ways to minimise their number or eliminate thereof are analysed. Thus, the necessity to optimise the Federal State Information System of Territorial Planning (FSIS TP) based on integrating the data of the Unified State Register of Real Property, the Urban Planning and Management Information System and other related information sources involved in the territorial planning is justified, which would enable accumulation and reflection of their structural components in a single geospatial system.

Annotation

Artificial land plots represent an important aspect of modern territorial planning. They can solve the problem of land scarcity, foster the design of the innovative projects, enhancement of the environ-mental sustainability, development of the infrastructure and civil construction. However, there exist certain challenges and risks related to the use of the artificial land plots. But, on the whole, the inclu-sion of the artificial land plots in the territorial planning system is a relevant and important objective that requires thorough analysis and consideration of many aspects — from the environmental sustain-ability to social value.
